moving

I currently have digital Life alarm in my home now. I am trying to sell my home. When it is sold do I need to leave the equipment in the house and have the new owners take over the account or do I return the equipment. I don't know how that works when you are moving???

@cindyday Hello. You have a couple of options. You can remove the equipment as it is yours. Or you can leave the equipment for the new homeowner and you can do a transfer of responsibility to them if they want the service. You would want to do that when you call into cancel the service upon moving. Or, they can just contact us after you have cancelled to get it set up if they want the service.
