Moving Digital Life Services - What are your experiences?
As there are only a few threads reagrding moving, I am asking more. I am looking to move my services. My inital install went pretty smooth, a few hicups that DL CS took care of. With less than 3 months left on my agreement, I am not sure if I should stay with DL, or look for a new provider with the "New" promos.
I did call DL customer service and they explained that a technician would come to my existing home, and remove certain items (Door lock, Thermostat, Gararage Door devices) and give them to me. Then another tech would go to the new home and install everything. Cost was $0.00 with a new 2 yr agreement.
So before I start this process, I am reaching out for those who have moved with DL, what issues did you have if any, and would you of done anything different etc?
@ATTDigitalLifeCS - Can you confirm the standard operating proceudres and cost for a move? Can you detail exactly what items the tech would remove, what stays in the exisiting home? For the items not being moved, are those New or Certified Refurbished items? Are there any benefits cost wise, to continue with DL? (Versus ending my contract in 3 months and looking for a new provider?)
