Moving Digital Life costs too much

We are preparing to move and have been told that we cannot use all the Digital Life equipment that we already own and must pay $349.00 to start all over again. It seems Digital Life doesn’t want to keep its customers with this type of policy. We are looking at other security providers, but can Digital Life fix this awful policy that drives away customers?
