Moved Into House with Digital Life; Would Like Everything Uninstalled
Hello,
I moved into my new house that came with what seems to be a partial set-up of AT&T Digital Life.
The previous owners did not leave any information regarding a Digital Life account, but here is what I found to be present:
- "Protected by AT&T Digital Life" stickers on most of the windows
- 2 windows and 1 door with sensors (half of sensor on door is missing)
- Wireless keypad that always says "software update in process," but when I press any button it says "Communication error" (probably from not being synced/wired to any active account)
- Glass break sensor
There was also the DLC-100 equipment that was left and seems to have never been installed or set up.
My question is if there is a way a tech could uninstall everything and remove the equipment?

No you need to remove it yourself
While AT&T employees do look at forum posts from time to time, we are here to represent the forum with our experiences as customers and do not represent AT&T in any official capacity with our responses and do so on our own time unpaid and off the clock. As employees we are not rewarded nor compensated to participate in these forums This forum is comprised of regular customers to communicate with other customers to offer advice and share experiences same as any other user Although there is a small team of customer care specialists that monitor the forums the sheer volume of posts are simply too many posts for these agents to respond to each one of them.

Thank you for your response–I thought so but wanted to be sure before I removed and discarded all of the equipment myself.
