A tampered keypad means that the battery cover is not securely in place or the keypad is not securely attached to the wall mounting bracket. Please check both. The keypad tamper alarm may remain for a few hours but it will go away.
If the tamper message remains for more than 12 hours, Please contact our Customer Support team at 1-855-288-2727, select option 4, and Digital Life Agent will assist you with clearing the tamper alarm.
