I want to cancel my service but can't reach customer service!!
I've been trying to reach AT&T Digital Life customer service since the past week without luck. We moved out of the house and I wanted to cancel my service. I called several times but was on hold for 45 minutes, 4 hours, 30 minutes, etc. before hanging up.
Is there an alternate way (email, fax, snail mail, etc.) to cancel service?
I was with them for more than 2 years so don't think I need to return any equipment. Please confirm.
