I want to cancel my service but can't reach customer service!!

Hi,

I've been trying to reach AT&T Digital Life customer service since the past week without luck. We moved out of the house and I wanted to cancel my service. I called several times but was on hold for 45 minutes, 4 hours, 30 minutes, etc. before hanging up.

 

Is there an alternate way (email, fax, snail mail, etc.) to cancel service?

 

I was with them for more than 2 years so don't think I need to return any equipment. Please confirm.

ha good luck! i am having similar issues, been trying for 3 days straight with a total of 11 hours to be told im stuck like chuck! I would not recommend digital life to my worst enemy!

I've been having the same problem for over a month! We moved, I transferred the service to the new owner, and we're still getting billed. I call twice a day, am and pm, and am on hold for about 45 mins until my call gets dropped. Or if I do reach someone, my call still gets dropped and they don't give you the courtesy of calling back, i call back and wait another 30+ minutes. I'm unhappy and am not paying these bills for a system I don't even own anymore. Deride ***
