How do I clear Lock Out Mode from my front door lock?
Except for the master door lock code, none of the new codes I try to add will work even though they're accepted and saved in my account. I've added them from the keypad, my iphone and my computer, but each time I try to use one I get the message: lock out mode. Customer Service had me delete and re-add them, saying the system would clear in a few minutes. Having waited over night the issue still remains.
