Help move to a new area

I am moving to a new location that is not on the coverage map.


The address is in a new development - but within an area that Digital Life serves.

Calling moving services did only result in a "send an email and we will get back to you:"


I did so but never received a response or an acknowledgement that the request was received.

@HenrikJ  Hello. I just had someone check the mailbox and not seeing an email from the email address that you used for the forum. Would you please click on my user name and then click "Send PM" to send me a message with your name, account number, best contact phone number and what info you had sent to the email? Not sure if you are wanting to move or cancel your service. Thank you
