Do you have at least one valid contact phone number on your Digital Life account?

A valid phone number on your account allows us to contact you in the event an emergency is detected in your home.

To add emergency contacts to your account:

 

  1. Log into your Digital Life App.
  2. Tap the menu icon and select My Account.
  3. Select Contact.
  4. Tap next to 1 to enter your primary contact information including your primary phone number and press Save in the top right corner.
  5. A save confirmation will appear. Tap Yes, Save.
  6. To enter a secondary contact number, tap next to 2 and enter your contact number and press Save in the top right corner.
  7. A save confirmation will appear. Tap Yes, Save.
  8. You're done!
