Do I need to put my Digital Life system in test mode to change the batteries in my devices?

Yes!  Please contact our Support department. Our support team will place your system in test mode and walk you through changing your battery or discovering a new device. When you're done changing the battery or adding your new device, we will test your system to ensure it is working properly.  After a successful system health check, we'll place your system back online so you can enjoy your Digital Life.
