Digital Life

My parents have had nothing but issues with their digital life system. Techs have been to their house TEN times to work on issues. What can be done to help my parents? They are seniors and are completely stressed out about the situation? Is there not ONE customer service person that can call them and provide some support?

seems to be their way of doing business. Their idea is just wait awhile and try later to see if we fixed it. What do you think we are  a communication company??
