Digital Life - Moving

We are moving to a new house in a couple of weeks, what do I need to do to have everything moved to our new house?  I was told when I signed up in 2015 that we would not need to purchase new equipment when we moved - I am see a lot of people saying they have been told otherwise recently since a policy change went into effect.

I just want to be armed with the most helpful information before I start calling in and working this out!

I finally had a few minutes to contact AT&T Digital Life about moving, they told me that the service isn't available in my area... the website says it is...  The rep told me to check online because their system could be wrong.

What the heck is going on?  I'm starting to lose hope of transferring our service.

@mal2600 what's your Digital Life account number and the address you're moving to?
