Did you accidently set off your security alarm?

False alarms can be annoying and are often costly. If you don't have enough time to disarm your system after accidentally triggering your alarm, you can adjust your entry/exit delay timer and avoid potential false alarm fines.

To adjust your entry/exit delay timer:

  1. Log into your Digital Life App.
  2. Tap on the menu icon and select System Settings.
  3. Tap Preferences.
  4. Scroll to Alarm delay timers and extend the Entry and Exit delay timers to meet your needs.
  5. Click Save - It's that simple!
