CO detector and smoke detector were 3 years old when installed.

Having issues with CO detector and Smoke Alarms not functioning properly.  Installed system on March 20, 2016.   Smoke detector is dated March 7, 2013.  CO detector is dated April 2013.  Half of my devices are going offline.  Tried to troubleshoot devices, the system said they would send a new CO detector (this time I'll make sure it's NOT 3 years old).  They are going to send a tech out to try to figure out what else is going on.  I just saw a post that they are no longer providing replacements or service for smoke detectors.  Is that true?

@EdnaP73   Hello. My apologies for the issues that you are having. The devices were brand new in box and not previously used. As for the smoke detectors, we no longer carry them. However, if you would click on my user name, then click Send PM to send me a private message with your name , account number and address, I will see if I can locate one for you. Thank you

Digital Life cannot monitor smoke sensors purchased from third-party providers.
