Are customers responsible for battery replacement?
When I first signed up for Digital Life, the technician advised me that I wouldn't be responsible for replacing batteries in any of the equipment. He said I just need to call into customer care and that a tech would be sent to install new batteries. After searching the forums, that doesn't appear to be the case. Was I advised incorrectly by the installation technician, and are customers really responsible for replacing their own batteries in things like the door and window sensors?
