Z432 can't download media
I've been having trouble downloading music and photos to my z432. I plugged in the phone with a usb cord, and the phone was listed as a cd drive called "Join Me". I followed all the instructions and installed it, and now it's listed as a modem instead of a device with removable storage like in the online tutorial, so I can't put anything on it. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Hi there! @Treespeak Thanks for posting your about getting media to your Z432.
Please go to https://www.att.com/devicehowto/index.jsp?id=interactive_700044&make=ATT&model=Z432 for more information on how to get the device connected as a USB storage device. You should then be able to get media to the phone.

is there any more info about that issue? i've a simmilar problem. i ran the autoplay from the "join me" cd drive; i have installed the drivers with it. i have restarted the computer. i chose the option to "use it as a disk". it did not make the phone available to use with a pc. i connected the phone following the exact instructions from the att "how to" link. i've done that several times on different computers. the only thing that ends up being available is that "join me" drive with the autoplay.exe and the options to either install the drivers or "use it as a disk". that doesn't make the phone available to use with a pc at all.
