You cancelled my phone number and I need to get a new one
My number quit working with $27.00 active amount for calls. ATT said they just cancelled the number and I would need to get a new sim card. Can they mail me a sim card credit me for the active balance.

No, they won't send you a sim card unless you order one. I'm guessing you had prepaid service and were using a phone not on the supported phone list. That's the only customers I know of that had their service cancelled. Whether or not they will credit your balance, I don't know, but you need to contact then directly.
