WiFi Calling

I have a Lumia 640 XL phone that I bought directly from Microsoft.  I was on the T-Mobile System but switched recently to ATT.  Is this phone capable of WiFi calling?

@Wmnole Sorry, here's the list.

Even if they started supporting another model, I don't think they'd support it on the non-AT&T branded version.

Hey @Wmnole join those of us with non ATT phones and have the same complaint!

We know we are spinning our wheels and not all phones can expect wifi calling even if ATT gives in, but this has to change.  ATT is the last hold out and it's just silly.  They are hurting themselves.

So sad that all Windows Mobile phones seem excluded. Even the newest Lumia 950 for AT&T gets Enhanced LTE but no wifi calling.  Why is that?

Why waste recources on a dying os? They have to pick there battles. Notice att is fire saling the 950? Heck Microsoft was to. 299 is what it should have cost in the first place.

That is the beauty of choice if you know what I mean.  To one it is trash.  To the other, one man's trash is the other man's treasure.

As far as Microsoft's mobile works in progress, probably.  I bet you're right. I definately see your point as well.

IF for some reason there was a dip in consumer sign ups and/or spike in closed accounts with AT&T, chains might begin to loosen.
