Where is my refund?
I have ordered a phone case online and it got canceled. It's been over 2 weeks and I still don't have my refund for it. When will I get it?

Thanks for informing us about your phone case being canceled. We're sorry to hear that you weren't able to get it.
As far as the refund for the canceled order, AT&T releases those funds within 3-5 business days. It's up to your financial institution to send those funds back to you. We suggest reaching out to them in regards to your refund.
