What carriers are my phone compatible with?

My phone is an LG Xpression and currently I'm with AT&T, whom I got the phone from in the first place. My plan has become too expensive and I'm considering switching to a different carrier with a cheaper plan, but I want to keep my phone and my number. This is non-negotiable. So I'd like to know what other carriers my phone is compatible with.
