Want to buy a ph n line

So you've just taken your first dip into the world of credit, and have a $1,000 credit limit on your card. If you add a postpaid AT&T plan your credit score is going to drop into the basement.  AT&T will require you to pay for any expensive phones in full up front, which means there's absolutely no benefit to opening a post paid plan and buying an expensive phone.

So... If you want service, go buy an inexpensive AT&T prepaid phone and phone line. It won't be expensive but there will be no other charges and no big Bill and no ding on your credit rating.  5 gig plan is $30 for 30 days.   You may be able to get an Android phone cheap or free.
