Thank you for reaching out to us today. After 12 consecutive failed attempts where an invalid password is entered within a 5-minute period, or 20 consecutive failed attempts over any period of time, the voice mailbox fully locks for 30 minutes. If it's been more than 30 minutes, you can attempt to log into your voicemail again. Hope this helps!
