It might work. Lots of Chinese phones that are not on the so called ATT white list work on the network.

First off the original poster didn’t mention anything about purchasing the phone. It could already be in his possession so why speculate about that? The key word is “if” which is a hypothetical since many people are utilizing Vivo and Xiaomi phones with 4G lite enabled bands. So let’s flip that hypothetical around and let me ask you if you’re willing to bet me that Vivo X80 pro will still work on ATT 6 months or 1 year from now on ATT? I bet it will.

So if the x70 works I can assume this does? 

Thank you both for your responses as well. I don't have the phone yet but will make sure it works before purchasing. 

Don't chance it Att is actively kicking non compliant phones off the network.

Don't bother if you want At&t.   It's excluded by the list.  Just because some of phones work now, does not mean they won't be kicked off later.
