We are here to help transfer your contacts from your AT&T Flip IV to your Alcatel via Bluetooth, @wancar1.

Learn how to transfer contacts between basic or feature phones.

Make sure your basic phone uses KaiOS. Here’s how:

Go to your phone Settings.
Select Device, then Device Information.
Choose More Information. Look at the OS Version. If you see KaiOS, these instructions will work.

Use Bluetooth to get contacts:

Go to Contacts (press the Right Menu key on the home screen).
Highlight any contact.
Press the Right Menu key for Options.
Select Settings, then Import Contacts.
Choose Bluetooth.
Follow the prompts to finish up.
