USBConnect Mercury/WIndows 7 problems

I am trying to install the AT&T Communications Manager on a laptop that has Windows 7 and the driver on the USB device is not recognized by Windows 7.  In device manager, the device is there, however, it tells me the driver is not installed and I can't find an update.  Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure why it's in NOT in the knowledge base, but if you got to http://www.att.com/acm, you can download the newest version of ACM for Windows 7.  Once installed, it works like a champ.
