unlocking phone

hi I already submitted a request for phone unlock. the status shows that it is still in process. its more than 2 business days. how to proceed further? please help.

You can call and ask for tech support. If you are trying to unlock a very old phone, that is not being used on AT&T currently, it may take more time to research as devices have been purged from the system
