Unlocked Phone MM#6 Phone not allowed

Recently unlocked Galaxy S6 Active through the ATT device unlock portal.

Process seemed to go well however, MetroPCS sim gives error message MM#6 device not allowed.

Is there something on ATT side holding me back or is it a problem with my sim card?

How can I pinpoint it?

Thanks for reaching out. We'd love to help investigate what's happening with unlocking the device. When you placed the SIM card in, did it ask for the unlock code? Please let us know.

Hi Sir,

Correct, the device did request the unlock code and I entered according to what was recevied via email. I beleive once entered phone said something about "verifying" and then went to home showing the subject error message.
