unlocked lumia 1020 for international use tethering, local provide does not block
hi
i bought a lumia 1020 from at&t to be used in south america where tethering is allowed, is there a way to enable this feature?

Why did you buy an AT&T branded phone for use in another country?
Tethering is problimatic - there are hundreds of reports of tethering being locked to AT&T service on AT&T branded WIndows Phones, with some odd workarounds that I have found when searching for an answer.
