Unlock

I have my moms old galaxy note 8, We are in europe and I'm trying to unlock it so I can use a simcard over here, I followed the instructions on the website, provided the IMEI number and all.

Then I received an email to confirm it, but wel I click on the links it says "Hmm ... That confirmation link was only good for 24 hours."

And when I check the status I get, "It looks like you haven't confirmed so we hit pause on your unlock request. Use the link in the email we sent you and we'll get back to business."

so could you guys help me out?

This isn't a home phone issue, moving to the wireless forum.

you have to wait for it to time out, no one can manually reset it, this can take weeks

Go ahead and call. They can’t provide the unlock code but they may be able to resubmit the unlock request or cancel the existing one so you can resubmit.

It has been a week now, and the status still pending, the confirm link still not working and I can't submit a new request, isn't that lovely :)
