Unlock the device that is paid off - ATT is not unlocking this device
I have been trying to unlock my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge for few months now. I paid off the device and made sure that I was no longer under contract . I keep talking to representatives on phone and text and all they do is create case after case. They say it will resolve but the result of the case if negative. It comes back as -
"You have not completed all the payments for your device according to your ATT Next service agreement"
All the proof says its been paid off and there are no balance remaining.
This is annoying and frustrating. ATT refuses to unlock the phone .
Any help with this will be appreciated.
