I'm trying to unlock my Netgear Nighthawk MR1100 hotspot device. I bought it two years ago, for a trip in the U.S. and now I'm trying to unlock the carrier on it, in order to use it internacionally.

When doing the unlock process, it seems it doesn't work (

I've already created 4 different requests and the final error says:

"We can’t unlock your device because it’s no longer active on an AT&T account. Resubmit your request and select No when asked, "Do you have a mobile number from AT&T?”

I've made all the requests selecting NO when asked, and I cannot create a claim to solve this, so this forum is my last chance to get support:

When checking the forum, it seems that this issue was reported a while ago, but never solved.

Att unlock portal is not functioning correctly.  

File an FCC complaint. The complaint is forwarded to AT&T upper management and someone will call you
