Unlock status approved , no code sent

My unlock request has been approved as of 1/30 @ 5:28pm but the PUK has not been provided.  This would be the 2nd request submitted.

This is for a Samsung Galaxy phone.

That's because the carrier unlock code and the PUK lock are to entirely different things. And you don't get a PUK lock when you submit a carrier unlock request.

If you have submitted and unlock request through AT&T's portal it sends you either unlock approval or an unlock code to remove the carrier lock from your device so that you can insert a SIM card from a different service provider. 

If you are no longer using AT&T SIM card for service, but using a different service provider's SIM card in the former AT&T phone, and you're getting a PUK unlock request that has nothing to do with AT&T. It means your new provider's SIM card is restricted to a previous phone.

Thank you, I have the incorrect terms then.  The phone is stating to "Enter network unlock code"

I believe all is good now.  Appreciate your help, thanks.

I had to send a 3rd network unlock request to AT&T, they finally sent a code this time
