Unlock problem

i’m having trouble unlicking my iphone. 

My unlock request was denied because i havent had the prepaid account for 6 months yet. Hoewever, i didnt purchase this phone as a prepaid att phone. The phone has been in use with At&T as my son’s phone; then, he upgraded to iphone x and i used it first with h2o service, then with straight talk. Each for short periods of time. Recently, on March 10th, i took a prepaid service with att using a different phone; then, i took out the sim card and put it in this phone. I dont quite understand why this device fits in that category. Is it possible for my phone to still be unlocked? It is already paid for when my son’s phone was upgraded. Thank you for your help.
