Unlock prepaid amazon fire phone error: Looks like the information we need isn't in our database yet
hi,
i bought an amazon fire phone ATT used from ebay, i am not ATT customer, when i try to request unlock in portal , always i received the following message :
Looks like the information we need isn't in our database yet
this cellphone is ATT and maybe has 4 years old, so, was used more than 6 months to request the unlock code without problems, what can i do in my situation?

The Amazon fire phone was introduced in 2014, and it was An immediate flop. Support ended 12 months to the day after sale. It is not possible to unlock them because amazon dropped support and all IMEi were purged. Sorry. Either use the phone on AT&T or one of its MVNO‘s, or it’s an MP3 player/WiFi only device.
