Unlock Portal Issues
I've been having many issues with the unlock portal for the past month. Most recently, the confirmation link in the email didn't work. I clicked it and it sent me to the usual page that would normally show the request number and imei. However this time it showed everything but the request number and imei. It also didn't show the usual confirmation message. When I checked the status of the request, it said it was pending. This means that the request hasn't been confirmed yet which means that the link in the email doesn't work. I've tried different browsers, on both mobile and desktop and nothing fixes the issue. Just now I tried the confirmation link and got a message saying that it's been over 24 hours and I need to submit a new request. Unfortunately I can't submit a new request since the system hasn't denied it yet. Please AT&T fix the unlock portal!!!
