Unlock network code AT&T

I bought a AT&T cellphone 3 years ago when I was living in the USA . Now that I am back in Belgium, I would like to use this cellphone with my belgian provider but my phone is locked. How can I unlock it? This is a Zenfone ZOOD (I think it's a zenfone 2 but not sure of the number). Thanks a lot

Hi, good morning. What you need to do to unlock your device is file an Unlock request in the AT&T Web site. Not sure if we can share links here in the forum, but just on Google type: AT&T Unlock a Phone or Device, or in the search bar of the AT&T Web site type Unlock a Phone. This will send you to file a form when you will need the IMEI of your device, the phone number associate to it on the past and file some personal info, this request will take couple days and when you receive the confirmation email if your request was approved or not, you will have the solution for it. Sometimes this process get some problems with the verification on the information or things related to dues. In this case you will need to contact directly via phone the International assistance +1-916-843-4685 or if you have the chance to call the USA : 1-800-331-0500 . I hope this information help you get your device unlock. Greetings!

@EFiresword Yes, you can post links, especially to ATT sites.
