Unlock my Phone to any Carrier
…So it’s been a week of consistently trying to unlock my new phone.. I’ve done all at&t has requested me to do.. I’ve submitted my imei and my email address countless times .. After the process, they tell me to check my email for a link that never comes.. Please i need help is there another way i can do this.. I’m frustrated already.
AT&T please help!!

Repeatedly requesting unlocking is not going to work. If you are using a Gmail address please stop. Gmail will sort bulk mail from computer into its junk file and it may not even show up in trash or spam. It's just filtered out and gone.
Repeatedly trying to unlock is just going to get you the message that you tried to unlock too many times and they'll tell you you have to wait 30 days.
Have you met all of the requirements to get this phone unlocked. As an existing customer? as a new customer? is the phone paid off in full? Prepaid and subsidized? 2nd hand phone?

Thanks a lot for the reply.. it’s a brand new phone and yes it was paid for in full.. I also have gotten the message that i tried to unlock it too many times and i have to wait for 30 days.. I’m just tired at this point

You say it's a brand new phone, does the phone meet all requirements for unlocking?

You can file an FCC complaint online. The complaint is forwarded to AT&T upper management and someone will call.
At the very least they will tell you why you don't qualify to get the phone unlocked. But hopefully they will help complete the unlock.

Thank you so much… The phone has been completely paid for and it meets all att unlock requirements. Please how do I file for the FCC complaint online??
