Unlock for Iphone X

BEEN 3 DAYS FOR AN UNLOCK FOR MY IPHONE X. Where do I contact someone that can give me an idea when this things is usable said 48 hours or less.....

  • What exact date and time did you submit your unlock request? Please also provide us with your time zone.
  • What is your current unlock request status being displayed as when you go to check your unlock request status online at the link that we've provided for you?
  • Also, does your cell phone meet all of our Unlock eligibility requirements listed at the link provided?

It's now been over a week and the best response I got was we have a seasonal uptick. I would like to know when you guys are able to unlock my phone. What kind of time-frame can you give me?
