Unlock device
Attempted to unlock my device through the online link & have not received a confirmation email. It just states it’s in process and At&T over the phone says they can’t do anything. A friend of mine submitted a request with the same deploying orders as I and got approved and unlocked within 10 minutes. I don’t understand this.
