How do I request a new email to unlock my device if the first email didn't get sent.

My issue is that they said that the unlock email was sent to my email address but I can't find it in either my inbox or spam folder. Can someone help me?

@seansaw Were you using Gmail? We have seen problems with Gmail users not receiving replies. Try using another email service.
I tried to use another email but the request is pending. I guess I will have to wait until this request cancels itself?
