Unlock device

How do I request a new email to unlock my device if the first email didn't get sent.

We'd love to help you unlock your device! In this situation, you would need to re-submit another request in the unlock portal. From that point, ensure the e-mail is correct and then you should be good to go. Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns!

My issue is that they said that the unlock email was sent to my email address but I can't find it in either my inbox or spam folder. Can someone help me?

@seansaw Were you using Gmail?  We have seen problems with Gmail users not receiving replies. Try using another email service.

I tried to use another email but the request is pending. I guess I will have to wait until this request cancels itself?
