Unlock code zero

Man, you guys must be tired of seeing this kind of messages. I apologize. My mom gave me her old phone. I'm trying unlock it and got an email that I was approved to do so, but that my lock code is zero. Can someone please help?

Just FYI, I put through another request just to try and fix this on my own, and received another email telling me my request was approved and my lock code is 0. : (
