Unlock code request

Alright try the web site as well as other sites. I know for a fact my device is brand new I purchased it a few days ago from target. Att is denying my request saying it was on another account. Which is a lie. I need the request completed I've already been with out a phone this whole time

Brand new phones cannot be unlocked from AT&T until they are after the 14 day return.
And if the device was sold as a discounted prepaid phone you cannot unlock it until it has been used on AT&T prepaid for 6 months

Why did you buy an AT&T locked phone if you're not using AT&T service? And it sounds like you don't intend to use a t and Service as you have been without a phone?
