Thank you for bringing this to our attention!
Your device can be unlocked two ways. Enter an unlock code via the AT&T Wi-Fi Manager:
1. Access SIM Security via the AT&T Wi-Fi Manager page from your connected device.2. Connect a Wi-Fi device to your mobile hotspot.3. Go to http://attwifimanager/ in the connected device’s browser.4. The default login is attadmin5. From the home page on the AT&T Wi-Fi Manager select Settings > Mobile Broadband > SIMSecurity.6. Enter the 8-digit unlock code to unlock your device
or you can install a non-AT&T SIM into the device and enter the unlock via the LCD:
1. Remove back cover & battery.2. Remove the pre-installed AT&T SIM and install a non-AT&T SIM into the device.3. Insert the battery, replace the back cover and power on the device, tap to unlock screen.4. When prompted, enter the 8-digit unlock code.5. Alternatively, from Home screen go to Settings>Broadband & scroll down to SIM PIN to enterthe 8-digit unlock code.
