Unite not connecting to AT&T service

I have a Unite 770S and for some reason, even though my plan still has data on it, it will not connect to the network. The not connected alert is always there and when i hit connect nothing happens. I have 5 bars of signal and AT&T 4G is displayed but there is no connection at all.

My job revolves around being connected for gps and emails so I'd really like to get this working asap

I am so sorry to hear that your Unite 770S is not connecting to the network! That must be so frustrating, and I am here to help!

 

Let’s try a few things to get that resolved for you! The first thing I recommend, is to make sure the software is up to date. Please check out our Device Support Center for specific instructions! After selecting your make and model, choose Tutorials > System & storage > Upgrade device software.

 

You can also reset the device back to factory settings! These steps can be accessed by choosing Tutorials > Troubleshooting > Reset device.

Thank you for responding! The device says it is already up to date, and resetting it just removed my settings, the connection error is still happenning.

Is there a solution to this problem? Same exact issue here where I can not connect to the mobile broadband network. I have reset the device, factory reset it, removed the battery and SIM card....still can’t get it to connect.
