unfortunately call management has stopped

I have an LG K10 2017 and it has given me this error today on the 20th of February 2020.

Can you please provide me with a solution as I need to be able to make phonecalls.

The LG k40 is under $200 and might be worth looking into as an upgrade to avoid losing features with old software on the k10. Only support to help I found was here:
