Sorry, no one here can help. If the phone is locked to ATT, put in an unlock request but it won’t be unlocked unless the unlock requirements have been met. One of those requirements is activated on ATT and meeting minimal usage requirements. If you never used it on ATT, ATT won’t unlock it. If you bought a locked phone and it doesn’t qualify to be unlocked, return it to amazon and get an unlocked phone.
