Unable to transfer cellular plan to iPadPro (with imbedded SIM) from older iPad (with external SIM)

Prompted to "Get a Pass" on this site:

Unable to get a "pass" despite correct information being used at login, using old/current iPad's SIM details and original email address with ATT.

ATT error message: "Your account type does not support the view account feature. Please contact 1-800-331-0500 for assistance. (H5006) "

Attempting to get support via phone, been on hold queue for 1 hour now... :-(

Hi @help54321,

Are you transferring a postpaid plan, or a Data Connect Pass

Try setting up your plan from your iPadPro settings > Cellular Data > View Account. Let us know when you do. Thank you!
