Unable to access http://attwirelessinternetmanager

I have tried repeatedly to access the wireless internet manager.  Entering the link takes me to a generic ATT web site asking me to sign in.  There is no "System" tag visible???

Thanks for your response, @macnut1.

At this time, you'll need to access your AT&T Wireless Device Manager to check and make changes to your messages. You'll need to proceed with doing the following:

  1. From your connected device's web browser, you'll need to access the website listed in the picture on the instructions. (In the article mentioned above) Enter your Login then click LOGIN.
  2. Click the Messages tab to view messages. Click the checkbox next to the desired message then click DELETE to delete the message.

Note: You will be prompted to click OK to confirm.

Feel free to reach back out and let us know if these steps helped for you and thanks for contacting the AT&T Community.

We can point you in the right direction to get you logged into you Wireless Internet Manager, macnut1

If you do not have it, here is your Device Users manual

If you go to page 13, you will find the correct site info, as well as, the login information you need to log into your device's interface.

Please try the information in the users manual. If that still is not helping, then please accept this invite back here and we can further troubleshoot with you.

Thank you for posting on the AT&T Community Forums.

Was able to pull up the site.  Problem now:  Voicemail indicator LED keeps flashing.  How do I either retrieve the messages or delete them.  I did reset the unit but the flashing green led continues.

Hi macnut1! We are here to help with your flashing Voicemail LED indicator!

First, please confirm that your wireless internet device is the AT&T IFWA-40 device. If yes, we recommend retrieving your voicemail messages by dialing 1 on any home phone connected to the AT&T Wireless Internet device, wait four (4) seconds to be connected to your AT&T wireless voicemail box and follow the voice prompts to retrieve messages and manage your messages.

If this doesn't work, reset your device by pressing and holding the reset button for 15 seconds using a pen, paperclip, or SIM removal tool as illustrated on the article provided. This is known to help troubleshoot the flashing LED blinking lights.

Let us know if this works for you! Thank you for reaching out to the AT&T Community Forums!

I completed all the steps described.  The green indicator LED continues flashing.  I use the "Dial 1" process and the recoding says no new messages.  In addition, the phone displays a message telling me there is voicemail.  The status window tells me I have 7 voicemail messages  but I can't access them when I go to http://attwirelessinternet

Thanks for your response, @macnut1

There's another troubleshooting step we'd like to recommend, if you haven't already attempted it. Which is remove the SIM card and battery, then install them back into the device. Here's how:

  • Use the latch to remove the back cover.
  • Remove the battery by gently pulling up from the notch on the bottom.
  • Gently slide the nano SIM out of the SIM slot.

Please continue to keep us updated here.

Tried that just now (3/11 @2:20PM.  No change - Voicemail light still blinking.  When I access the device http://attwirelessinternet via the device The status screen indicates 7 unheard messages.  When I check the phone for messages the phone says no new messages.  There are no saved messages as well.

Still seeking advice on how to retrieve the 7 voicemail message that are noted in the Wirless internet manager link.  I have tried all the suggestions and the voicemail indicator led con tines to flash (indicating that there are messages).  I did the sim card reset and battery removal.  My phone displays a message that there are voicemails.  When I check via the phone I receive a verbal prompt that there are no messages.  Someone please help. Do I need to bring the unit to an AT&T store?

My problem still exists.  The Voicemail LED flashes green.  I access the wireless internet manager and the home screen says 7 voicemails which do not appear on the device messages tab.  How do I get these or at least erase then?
