Unable to accept terms and conditions

Ordered an iPhone 14 Pro and the order will not process due to being unable to accept the Terms & Conditions.

I enter the correct phone number and zip code but keep getting the same error code "SSTNC-001"

I have tried 3 different browsers on 3 different computers, clearing the cache and re-trying each. Have tried through the app.

Every time I get the same error code
